The Starburst Rock Cycle
Students made sediment and then added pressure to create sedimentary rocks. They added even more pressure and heat to turn the sedimentary rocks into metamorphic rocks. The metamorphic rocks were melted to create liquid rock (magma). When the magma cooled, students had created igneous rocks!
